VP of Marketing

High level connections, market savvy and proven experience within the entertainment industry or equal experience marketing enterprise level solutions. This is your ultimate opportunity. You will lead the marketing effort to the company's target global accounts through strategic message development, product marketing, PR, e-marketing.

In this position you will be:

Responsible for the planning, budgeting and implementing of all promotional marketing activities related to multiple product lines.
Track campaign results for making recommendations on how to improve program response results.
Assist in the development of marketing plans.
Coordinate the creation and production of direct marketing materials.
Coordinate advertising schedules and placement.
Coordinate and implement direct mail marketing campaign.
Coordinate trade show exhibits, promotions, and travels to and participates in trade shows when necessary.
Act as liaison with vendors in such areas as creative development and list purchase
Maintain customer database and generates internal database information, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
Track, project, and analyze program results.
Compile and produce marketing campaign reports.
assist with Brand Management, Corporate Marketing, PR, and Trade Marketing functions of the company.
Report and analyze the results of marketing activities, competitors, and industry trends
Conceive, research & establish 3rd party partnerships to implement strategies and build market awareness of our brands.
Oversee promotional and advertising copy, content, and design
Maximize brand value through line extensions and development of ancillary revenue streams.
Analyze new product opportunities as directed.

Requirements:
3-5 years experience in entertainment industry a must.
Connections with senior studio and TV network executives.
Experience in developing objectives, strategies, and plans related to all aspects of marketing activities for consumer entertainment products
Strong work ethic and passion for the business.
Demonstrated ability using innovative ways to reach and dominate specific market niches, implement fun, and appeal to young consumers
Analytical skills to assess trends, determine appropriate direction and move at lightning speed
Solid skills in building brand awareness, managing public relations, and supervising all other media communications (print, TV, trade shows, Internet, etc.)
Multi-cultural experience and background, both domestically and internationally. A candidate with an overseas employment record preferred.
Superior organizational skills required
Knowledge of Internet, Wireless, Video, DVD, CD, Videogame, development and marketing.
Budgeting, business plan writing experience required.
Experience with a product that is in an early adoption stage, where reference-based selling is critical.
Experience in creating marketing leverage with one-to-many selling through channel marketing, etc. Must have 5+ years of senior management experience - able to develop, manage, and lead a highly effective team.
Candidate will have direct experience with product development, marketing, packaging, scheduling, and budgeting and bringing new products to market. Will be responsible for leading marketing team to the successful achievement of targeted revenues and profit margins.
