We are looking for an individual that has been a
VP of Technology or CTO that can be a COO and handle the creation of the business development model and multiple departments (Marketing, Sales, and most important Day to Day Business Operations). The candidate must
be able to communicate and understand today's latest and greatest technical jargon. We would like someone who has packaged and branded Internet solutions before. Must have experience in the technical industry. The
position of COO reports to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
We are a diversified Internet Services Provider
(ISP). Services include: dial-up, , web hosting, e-commerce, Wireless Internet Access. EmsaNet operates its own Network Operations Center
The Company is established and ready to experience dramatic growth
over the next five years.
We require an experienced individual with a strong background in running operations at services oriented company ( Internet, telecommunications, computers preferred ).
Experience required:
5 years experience in COO or VP/Director of operations role.
Experience in service environment required.
Experience with Internet company.
Strong leadership and organizational
skills, aggressive style and high-energy personality.
Strong education background
Job Requirements:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the following departments: sales; support; engineering;
Managing day-to-day activities regarding support and maintenance of the facilities and the infrastructure.
Involvement in strategic planning including launch of new products and services.
Provide strategic
input and leadership on issues affecting the company, e.g., evaluation of product lines, project profitability, business partnering opportunities, acquisitions or merger opportunities.
Negotiate vendor contracts.
Participate in the human resources management.
Managing the relations with outside vendors and partners.
Must learn our ( Operations Support System ) Computer/Internet savvy.
